Our infamous live auction is back! Pooh & Kristine are working hard assembling their popular fannish baskets and other special items you’ll want to take home with you. Get your bid in before the hammer drops and become the envy of the con! Most proceeds go toward covering con costs, but we occasionally have select items whose proceeds go toward charity.

To help you take home that most desired item, we provide interest-free payment plans! Read more in our Auction Payment policy.

And just to make this whole thing even more fun, before you walk in, you’ll get to select a paddle with the face of one of 100+ beloved female figures to represent you. We’ll call out their names in conjunction with your bids, just to make it more entertaining. Will Lena Luthor and Kara Danvers get into a bidding war over the Supercorp basket? Will Hillary Clinton reveal a secret obsession with ThunderGrace? ONLY TIME WILL TELL.

FEMSLASH VIDSHOW

Fan vids are a powerful medium. They can show us the best of what we love about a show or ship, or they can show us something new by remixing what we already know. Come Friday afternoon to see an hour of some of the best femslash vids out there, both from beloved past fandoms and from current shows on the air.

We are also accepting premieres to the vidshow! Email us at tgifemslash@gmail.com if you’ve got something in mind. The submission deadline is January 31st.

OPEN MIC NIGHT

Let’s close out the con Sunday night with a bang! We know fans are a talented bunch, and here’s your chance to share your stuff! Sing, perform, recite, dance, tell a joke, act out a scene/skit, or whatever you like. It’s not a competition, just a way to have fun and support each other. However, beware of flying panties from the audience.

We’ve got an epic Saturday night dance party you’ll never forget! We’ll show a rockin 3-hour playlist of lady-centric vids on the big screen for you to bust a move to. Whether you want to dance your heart out or just sit and watch the vids from the comfort of a chair, it’s sure to be a highlight of the weekend.

We give our dance party a theme each year. This time it’s…United Gaytions! 2020 is an Olympic year, and we can’t let the opportunity pass by without joining in the fun. Come dressed to represent the pride flag(s) of your choice, however you like! (Leah is hoping someone will come dressed as a Labrys.) Special this year, we will begin with our own Opening Ceremony, where different flag factions can walk in together to cheers of support before the first vid kicks off. Come party with us!

Did you miss out on your chance to pick up something in our Artist Alley or grab a t-shirt? We’ll give you 30 minutes of dedicated time on Sunday morning to grab those last-minute purchases before panels kick back in.

On Thursday we’ll kick off the con with a happy, romantic queer film — it will be almost Valentine’s Day, after all! We’ll show it on our big screen to set the tone for an awesome weekend of love and laughter. Attendees will vote on what to watch when we get closer to the con.
